Lahaul and Spiti are two remote Himalayan Valleys of Himachal Pradesh. lying on the Indo-Tibet border. Strange, exciting, primitive, these valleys are unsurpassed in mountain scape, in the rugged beauty of their rocky escapements and the splendor of their snow covered peaks.

Lahaul is marked by a central mass of uniformly high mountains and massive glaciers. The two rivers, Chandra and Bhaga which rise on either side of the Baralacha La, flow through the narrow Chandra and Bhaga valleys. Lahaul is a land of fascinating Buddhist art and culture. The monasteries of Lahaul-Spiti are rich repositories of ancient murals, thankas, wood carving and golden images of Padmasambhava. The valley lies at a height of 2745 meters above sea level. Summer in this valley is cool and pleasant with green grass and alpine flowers. There are little monsoon in both these valleys and this enables climbers & trekkers to enjoy a long and unbroken season in perpetual sunshine to explore the wilderness and grandeur of the inner Himalaya. This unique feature makes Lahul-Spiti as an ideal destination for tourists and trekkers in the month of July, August and September. Keylong is 115 kms from Manali and is the District Headquarters of Lahul-Spiti District.

Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Upon arrival at Delhi airport met our representative and then transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02: Delhi – Manali
In the morning take a half day sight seeing tour of Delhi and by evening drive to Manali by AC Luxury Volvo coach. Overnight journey.

Day 03: Manali
Arrival at Manali by morning then transfer to hotel for relaxes. In the evening explore the area. Overnight stay.

Day 04: Manali - Chatru
In the morning drive over Rohtang Pass into Lahaul valley. The road branches towards Chandratal and Spiti at Gramphoo. The campsite at Chatru is on the banks of the river Chandra. Spend the afternoon acclimatizing. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 05: Chatru - Kaza
Today we will drive to Kaza over Kunzum la (4558m). On arrival check in to hotel. Evening free to explore the area. Overnight stay.

Day 06: Kaza
In the morning after breakfast visit the Ki monastery and Kibber village. In the afternoon travel to Tashigong village to see the Chao Chao Kang Nilda peak. Evening back to Kaza for overnight stay

Day 07: Kaza - Dhankar - Tabo - Ki – Kaza
Visit the Dhankar and Tabo monasteries. Tabo monastery is more than a thousand years old and is famous for its wall paintings and murals. It is also known as the Ajanta of the Himalayas. Return back to Kaza in the evening. Overnight stay.

Day 08: Kaza - Chandratal
Spend the afternoon exploring the lake. Overnight at Chandratal

Day 09: Chandratal - Keylong
Travel to Keylong, en route passing several villages in the Lahaul valley. On arrival, set up camp near Keylong. In the afternoon, hike up to the Khardong village and monastery.

Day 10: Keylong - Udaipur
Udaipur is located in the Pattan valley, a beautiful side valley in Lahaul. On arrival, set up camp. In the afternoon, explore the Udaipur village and visit Mrikula Devi temple.

Day 11: Udaipur - Manali
Return to Manali over Rohtang Pass (3980m). On arrival, check in to the hotel.

Day 12: Manali – Delhi
The day is for relax and by evening drive to Delhi by AC Luxury Volvo Coach. Overnight journey.

Day 13: Delhi Departure
Arrival at Delhi by morning then transfer to airport to catch onward flight.
